There are many benefits to taking a group fitness class. It is good for your social health, can create set schedules and accountability, can build confidence, and even helps you gain support and motivation. Not even to mention that it can be a lot of fun!
Our trained and skilled group fitness instructors will guide you through your workout class, making modifications for all fitness levels. These classes are ongoing, so you can jump in and join at any time throughout the year.
Classes are included in your membership fee. If you are not a member, you can pop in and participate in classes for $5.00 per class or get a 5 class pass for $15.00.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30 am
As you age, it is more important than ever to stay active. Routine exercise can help improve your overall health and well-being and may even help prevent some age-related health conditions. In this 40-45 minute class, we’ll focus on strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination for a total body workout that conditions the participants for everyday activities.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:30 am
This 30 minute class is a safe and effective way to improve your life through functional fitness. We focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, and cognitive functioning. Each participant will have a chair to utilize during the class along with dumbbells, bands, mini bands, medicine balls, and other equipment as needed. Come join the fun and in the process, ease inflammation, improve energy, and promote overall better health.

This fast-paced 30-35 minute class will have you training with dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, steps, and medicine balls and combining styles such as HIIT, functional fitness, stations, core work, strength training, and cardio.

This pilates strength class is a fusion of pilates and full body strengthening using body bars and resistance bands. This low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout will focus heavily on building strong core muscles and can promote flexibility, mobility, and posture.

KickStrong is our take on cardio kickboxing. We’ll incorporate HIIT style kickboxing moves paired with strength building moves. You’ll hit your core, cardio, and stamina with this class.
Wednesday 5:45 pm
A high energy cardio kickboxing class that will challenge you while building stamina, cardiovascular health, and working your core. RUMBLE sticks are used to create a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement. No martial arts experience required.
Wednesday 6:30 pm
Our yoga class is a mix between the slow-paced style of yin restorative yoga and vinyasa flow yoga. This yoga class will put you in poses that apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This yoga class synchronizes your breath with each pose and lets fresh oxygen rejuvenate the muscles. This is for all levels of fitness.
After finishing her degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Kelli started teaching fitness classes in 2009 at a retirement community where she found her passion for keeping older adults active. She has been trained through the Arthritis Foundation for land and water classes and has continued her education through many workshops and webinars to stay with the current trends.
Callee started instructing group fitness classes in 2017 during her student teaching. Finding her love for helping people on their wellness journey, she became a BeachBody coach, where she was trained in a variety of class styles. In 2022, she became certified as a Personal Trainer and brings all that knowledge and experience to her classes.
Megan has taught group fitness since 2019 and she absolutely loves it! She is certified in step aerobics, insanity, R.I.P.P.E.D. and Rumble classes. She is currently working towards achieving her personal training certification through NASM. Her favorite class to teach is Boot Camp because she gets to lead the participants through an amazing workout that has a little bit of everything thrown in.
Rylan, a Humboldt native, started teaching yoga in 2023. That same year she traveled to Bali, Indonesia to obtain her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. In her classes, she aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels welcomed, regardless of experience or flexibility. When not guiding students on the mat, Rylan spends most of her time focusing on her esthetics business. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, friends, and her pets
Emma is a wife, mother of a sweet baby girl, & a former collegiate athlete and lifetime fitness enthusiast. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance at ESU where she taught & performed all modalities of fitness classes, played softball for the college and even created her own wellness program for a large business and its employees! She believes in training because you love your body, not because you hate it.
