Meet Callee Kaufman, NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC

Backed by evidence, Callee focuses on educating clients in ways that can support their health and wellness goals and exercise adherence. She’ll meet them where they are each session and she always uses inclusive language that supports positive self-image and the individuality of the client.

Here at Humboldt Fitness, coaching is all about the client’s needs and wants. They will always feel seen, heard, and respected.

Callee uses evidence-based programs that have a strong standing in the fitness industry. She will utilize behavior-change approaches to ensure self-efficacy and long-term success. All aspects of the wellness triangle, physical, mental/emotional, and social health are key focuses while working together.

Personal Training

During 1-on-1 training, the personal trainer develops a relationship with you while also providing a customized exercise program to help achieve your personal fitness goals.

What if you don’t necessarily need a personal trainer to stick by your side, but you still want someone to tell you what to do? Our monthly programming is a great option! It is also offered for you and friend with our Buddy Programming. This programming can be designed to be done at the gym or at home therefore you do not need to be a current member to purchase this programming.

Nutrition Coaching

A nutrition coach provides guidance, discusses supplements, and coaches clients to make the right choices through education and accountability. They work with the general population to facilitate the inclusion of healthy eating behaviors and empower their clients to take responsibility for their own health.

This 6 week commitment includes a 60 minute initial consultation, Humboldt Fitness nutrition 101 packet, weekly one on one check ins, professional feedback, and a follow up consultation.
